Refund policy

1. 14-Day Guarantee We stand behind the build quality of our tools. If an item arrives defective or fails to perform as described, you may request a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Standard Returned merchandise must be unwashed, unused, and kept in its original packaging with all included bits, accessories, and manuals.

3. Return Shipping & Defect Coverage

• Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item: Ribbonhk covers 100% of return shipping or reshipment costs. Please email clear photo/video proof to support@ribbonhk.com.
• Buyer's Remorse / Incorrect Size ordered: Customers are responsible for return freight charges. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. RMA Request Procedure Contact support@ribbonhk.com with the subject line [RMA Request] - Order #XXXXX. Do not ship items back without receiving our official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) address. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of warehouse inspection.
